These Vanilla Cupcakes are super easy to make and so moist.

| ♦️ 110 gs | Butter |
| ♦️ 130 gs | white suger |
| ♦️ 3 | eggs |
| ♦️ 1 tbsp | vanilla essence |
| ♦️ 195 gs | self-rising flour |
| ♦️ 60 cc | milk |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°c and prepare a cupcake pan.
- Cream the butter with the sugar.
- Add the eggs, the vanilla essence and combine.
- Add the flour and beat until well combined.
- Fill the cupcake liners about half way and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
