Vanilla Cake (One Bowl & No Electric Mixer)

Incredibly moist and delicious! Is as easy as it gets- no electric mixer needed!

 

♦️ Preparation time: 10 mins ♦️ cooking time: 45 mins ♦️ 20 cm round cake pan

 

INGREDIENTS
♦️ 100 gs  Butter
♦️ 1 cup   white suger
♦️ 4  eggs
♦️ 1 tbsp  vanilla essence
♦️ 2 cups self-rising flour
♦️ 8 sp milk 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease a 20 cm round cake pan.
  2. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, integrate well with a hand mixer. (Balloon whisks)
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla essence.
  4. Add the milk and, lastly, integrate the flour (previously sifted) little by little. Whisk altogether until well combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared tin. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
