Incredibly moist and delicious! Is as easy as it gets- no electric mixer needed!

| ♦️ 100 gs | Butter |
| ♦️ 1 cup | white suger |
| ♦️ 4 | eggs |
| ♦️ 1 tbsp | vanilla essence |
| ♦️ 2 cups | self-rising flour |
| ♦️ 8 sp | milk |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease a 20 cm round cake pan.
- Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, integrate well with a hand mixer. (Balloon whisks)
- Add the melted butter and vanilla essence.
- Add the milk and, lastly, integrate the flour (previously sifted) little by little. Whisk altogether until well combined.
- Pour into the prepared tin. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
