Adzuki beans chocolate brownies – vegan & gluten free

This recipe is glutenfree, vegan, healthy, delicious, easy, chocolaty & amazing.

♦️ Preparation time: 10 mins ♦️ cooking time: 20 mins ♦️ 20 cm round cake pan

 

INGREDIENTS
♦️ 250 gs  Adzuki beans 
♦️ 80 gs muscovado sugar
♦️ 2 table spoon Flax Seeds/  Chia Seeds 
♦️ 6 table spoon  water
♦️ 2 table spoon bitter cocoa
♦️ 40 mm vegetable oil
♦️ 1/2 tbsp  baking soda
♦️ 1 tbsp   vanilla essence

 

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl soak Flax seeds in the water. Let them absorb all the water. Around 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170°c. Cover the cake pan with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the flax seeds, sugar, oil, cocoa, essence and bicarbonate.
  4. Process the beans, until they are a puree.
  5. Join the two preparations Pour into the mold.
  6. Bake at 170°c x 20 minutes.
