| ♦️ 250 gs | Adzuki beans |
| ♦️ 80 gs | muscovado sugar |
| ♦️ 2 table spoon | Flax Seeds/ Chia Seeds |
| ♦️ 6 table spoon | water |
| ♦️ 2 table spoon | bitter cocoa |
| ♦️ 40 mm | vegetable oil |
| ♦️ 1/2 tbsp | baking soda |
| ♦️ 1 tbsp | vanilla essence |
Instructions
- In a small bowl soak Flax seeds in the water. Let them absorb all the water. Around 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170°c. Cover the cake pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the flax seeds, sugar, oil, cocoa, essence and bicarbonate.
- Process the beans, until they are a puree.
- Join the two preparations Pour into the mold.
- Bake at 170°c x 20 minutes.
