Chocolate chips cookies (or m&m) ? ? ❤

To cook and have fun with the children. Easy and fast!!!

♦️ Preparation time: 20 mins ♦️ cooking time: 10 mins ♦️ 12 cookies

INGREDIENTS
♦️ 120 gs  Butter
♦️ 75 gs   brown sugar
♦️ 75 gs  white suger
♦️ 1  egg
♦️ 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
♦️ 240 gs flour 
♦️1 tbsp  baking soda
Salt
chips  white, black or milk
optional M&M, walnuts… 

 

How to make it:

  1. Turn on the oven to 170 degrees. 
  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl. Mix that together just enough so that the three ingredients are smooth and combined.
  3. Add a room temperature egg and vanilla extract. Mix together until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt). knead with your hands until all the ingredients are integrated.
  5. When the flour has *almost* disappeared, add some semisweet chocolate chips (nuts, m&m,..). Mix a little more.
  6. Use your hands to roll out the dough into balls, up to you how big you want your cookies (50gs). Place them onto the prepared baking sheet
  7. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until just barely golden around the edges of the cookies. ¡Do not over bake! Let them cool on the sheet for 15 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire wrack to finish cooling or eat them up.
